Our breath can be a doorway and conduit into a deeper level of healing.
Through Double Helix Transformational Breathwork, you can experience altered states of consciousness allowing you to release emotions from past traumatic events that have been held in your nervous system, your muscles, your cells and your neurological networks. You may also experience insight into your struggles and have a profound spiritual experience. Or, you may simply experience a profound state of relaxation.

​​​Breathwork combines continuous regulated breath, circular in nature with my voice and music guiding and inviting you towards personal and spiritual transformation.
During each segment of breathing you will engage in a series of directed breaths, complemented by brief moments of breath holds. The breath begins with gentle nasal or open mouth breathing and builds into a more intensive breath pattern.The process allows us to release old stuck energies such as suppressed emotions and traumas.
Breathwork sessions have the potential take you on a powerful journey, releasing you from the restrictions of the rational mind. Your healing breath has the ability initiate a deep somatic healing process that allows the body to release long-standing traumas and liberate you from stories of the past. Double Helix Breathwork may help people struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, self-sabotaging behaviors and thought patterns.
As an Integrative Breathwork Practitioner (IBP), I help clients reconnect with their breath and body, which are often dissociated due to past trauma. This disconnection can create a sense of detachment, not only from the present moment but also from their own bodies, hearts, and breath. As a result, individuals may fall into patterns of shallow, unconscious breathing and make decisions that are disconnected from their true feelings and needs. Over time, this detachment can lead to a numbing of emotions and a disconnection from the body.

While we cannot promise to eliminate all suffering, as an Integrative Breathwork Practitioner,
I guide clients in liberating their breath, both mechanically and energetically, to restore balance to the nervous system and re-establish a grounded, embodied presence.
This reconnection fosters clarity, empowers conscious decision-making, and helps individuals experience life with greater vitality, alignment, and joy. Ultimately, it leads them back to their authentic selves and a life lived more fully. People who have engaged in Transformational Breathwork have experienced profound spiritual experiences as well as experiencing joy, physical releases, new insights, a reduction in stress and better sleep.
